Day 14 – It's a wrap so beat it challenge!

This is your final day on this 14 day challenge so I want to finish with a final challenge 'Beat it'!

Challenge:

 Choose from any of the previous six exercise challenges, which are:

 LadySpartan Challenge.

LadyJump into fitness.

LadyBooty Call challenge.

LadyYoga Challenge.

LadyCrazy Cardio Challenge.

LadyNo crunch required belly blitzing challenge.

Then literally beat it! Whether that be to complete it faster or more reps or just simply complete the challenge if you didn't manage it the first time. The point of this challenge is to get you striving to improve yourself and your results. In order to get real results you need to keep shocking your body and mixing it up to keep it effective. Once your body becomes use to something your no longer going to get maximum benefits. Always aim high, reach for gold and even if you fall you'll still be on a pretty good road to achieving those results. Don't cheat yourself with devices that are meant to tone your stomach or fad diets. Be true to yourself, we all know deep down that cheating is only a temporary fixture so ask yourself do you want that? I doubt it. I can pretty much gaurantee you want a permanent result. 

Now for those of you that had every intention of doing this challenge, but never actually did get going or finished then do it now. As I always say 'It's never to late to get into shape'! Forget about those pass hiccups and focus on your future success.
