Day 13 - The Vitamin C Challenge!

Many nutrients are important with weight loss, however this challenge is to increase your vitamin C levels for the following reasons:

lady blueYou can burn 30% more fat during moderate exercise with sufficient vitamin C levels.

LadyVitamin C helps to dilute fat, which makes it easier to flush out of your system.

Your challenge:

Increase vitamin-c levels with fresh vegetables such as red peppers, broccoli, watercress, cabbage, cauliflower and tomatoes.  Include at least one portion a day.
