You can burn 30% more fat during moderate exercise with sufficient vitamin C levels.
Vitamin C helps to dilute fat, which makes it easier to flush out of your system.
Increase vitamin-c levels with fresh vegetables such as red peppers, broccoli, watercress, cabbage, cauliflower and tomatoes. Include at least one portion a day.
