Day 11 – No crunch required belly blitzing challenge!

Being the instructor of the 'Mummies with Tummies' classes I just had to do an abs challenge, but I didn't just wanna give you boring crunches especially when I believe there are much better exercises out there to work your tummy. So here's a challenge to work the abs without having to even lie on your back! Much more effective than over doing the crunches.
Before starting this exercise challenge do warm up and always check with your doctor before taking up any new exercise regime!
Now I want you to do each exercise for maximum reps. So by this I mean your trying to do as many as you possibly can before needing to rest then record the amount you've achieved. Then rest for approximately 30 seconds and then start the next exercise and do the same. Work your way through all the following 5 exercises, challenging yourself to do maximum reps and recording that number, remembering to take a short rest break in between.
Exercise 1 - Hip twists.
Exercise 2 - Windmill (note - only go as low as comfortable).
Exercise 3 - Walkout.
Exercise 4 -Mountain climbers.
Exercise 5 - Wag your tail work-out!
