As promised here is your cardio challenge.
I have picked 10 fun cardio exercises. Now I believe your more likely to succeed and do this challenge if you enjoy it. So watch all ten and pick your 5 favourites, then do each one for 2 minutes for a quick 10 minute cardio boost!

Exercise 1 - Side lifts with elbow to knee.
Exercise 2 - Switch lunges.
Exercise 3 - Elbow to knee twists.
Exercise 4 - Mary Poppins work-out!
Exercise 5 - Run on the spot!
Exercise 6 - Step touch.
Exercise 7 - Burpee!
Exercise 8 - High knees.
Exercise 9 - Shuffle jumps.
Exercise 10 - Butt kicks.
Do remember to mix up your work-outs, so sometimes you do cardio and sometimes strength training or perhaps a combination of both. Work at your own ability and always remember to consult a doctor before starting any new fitness regime. Always warm up before all the work-outs I give you and cool down afterwards.
