Ditch the prepared sweet yoghurts. Why? Many popular brands have lots of additives and added sugar which will add to weight gain. Opt for a natural yoghurt with live healthy bacteria (the package will say it has live bacteria in it – maybe referred as probiotics) and add fruit to it. If you do not eat yoghurt, this is the time to try the live yoghurt as contain natural healthy bacteria which is essential for overall health, improves energy and can aid weight loss.
