D is for dancing. E is for exercise video. F is for football. G is for gym. H is for hula hooping. I is for ice-skating. J is for jump rope. K is for kick boxing. L is for legs, bums and tums. M is for Mummies with Tummies. N is for netball. O is for outdoors – think bootcamp, running along the beach.... P is for pole dancing. Q is for quad biking. R is for rounders. S is for swimming. T is for tennis. U is for upper body work. We quite often as women focus on the belly & bum, but don't neglect those arms. Grab some dumbbells & banish those bingo wings. V is for volleyball.
