So the last home work-outs were all for the tummy, but these work-outs are only effective if you burn off the fat first and work the inside core muscles as well. So here is three more videos to do just that.
The first video is a quick 10 minute cardio work-out suitable for us busy mums. The second video shows you exercises to work those inner core muscles and finally the third is a great body weight programme. This routine is great for anyone looking to burn off the fat and build muscle but has no equipment. Great exercises to add into any interval training you're doing at home.
