Losing weight is not just great for the obvious, but also has many numerous other advantages. By adopting a structured nutritional and lifestyle programme, losing weight gradually will of course help reduce fat content but also losing weight under a carefully managed programme can benefit the rest of your body by:
- Increased energy.
- Increased sleep.
- Increased mood.
- Improved skin/complexion.
- Improved allergic responses.
- Improved digestion.
- Reduced PMS symptoms.
- Reduced hot flushes.
- Improved blood pressure.
- Improved joint comfort.

Another key and often overlooked aspect is food sensitivities and allergies, reactions to allergic or sensitive foods causes an “inflammation” in the body which leads to body fat.
