The results! The before and after of founder 'Kirsty'!

I often get asked was I big before? Well although I felt big for me, I look back now and think I wasn't, but I certainly wasn't healthy. I suffered with Postnatal Depression and found pleasure in the cookie jar. I guess the best way to describe me was wobbly, the same way as many mums feel they are. Below is a picture of me before starting on my fitness and healthy journey.

When I started trying to get into shape I didn't know what I was doing, I gained weight then stayed the same for ages. Eventually after learning what I was doing I got the shape I wanted. Now I don't believe you should just use weight as a guide, because as I 'm sure most will know that muscle weighs more than fat, but I do think that had I known what I know now it wouldn't have taken as long to get there. Depending on your weight, frame, metabolism will determine how long is realistic to get back into shape, but you'll only never get back into shape permanently if you see it as a new lifestyle and take each day as it comes. You do hear of people losing weight in record time but then they also put it back on it record time.

OK so nobody wants to spend years getting results, so that's why it's so important to seek some professional advice about your goals. I think if I'd done this it wouldn't have taken as long to lose weight, but I also truly belive if I done some fad diet and lost the weight in 3 months I'd be back where I started now.

I think one of the biggest challenges though is not just losing the weight but actually putting a stop to that wobble. You can lose weight but you won't necessary lose that mummy tummy. 6 months ago before I'd created my 'Mummies with Tummies' classes I'd lose weight but still had a wobble. Now I'm a healthy size 10 and got a tummy I'm proud of.

So here is my before and after, the healthy way.

Start your healthy journey and lose your wobble. Take it step by step and you'll do it, don't forget to I'm here to help you succeed,

Lots of love,
