Work-out from home!Posted on 4:32pm Sunday 17th Apr 2011 To stay in shape it's so important to work-out regularly, but as we are all busy mums that's easier said than done. So here is a few of my favourite workouts from You Tube that you can do in the comfort of your own home. So now no excuses! No babysitter required so when the little one is having a nap or at pre-school then give them a try. This first one is designed to be a warm up and is very cheesy! However if you can get past the cheese this routine is great for warming you up and flows really well. I use a lot of these moves in the 'Mummies with Tummies' class so it's also a great way to remind you of technique. Now, if you've been to any of my classes lately you'll know I've added in pom poms. So the second routine is a perfect pom pom work-out. The added use of the pom poms makes the exercise fun, girly and also works those bingo wings! Finally I've put in this last video as it's 8 minutes of ab work. Designed by a mum, for mums! Perfect!
