After receiving some lovely feedback about the last home work-outs I blogged about, I've decided to make this a regular feature. So do check back the 'work-out from home' section of the blog for ways to get results in the comfort of your living room.
Now this time I've uploaded 3 video's from You-tube all working the stomach. Three different takes and ways to work the tummy. Do let me know your favourite.
The first one is combining stomach exercises with resistance. Added resistance to your work-outs is so effective for getting faster results. So give this resistance work-out a try. No dumbbells? Use a bottle of water.
The second is a Sharika style. I’ve added this in because the 'Mummies with Tummies' members seem to love a bit of hip action in their work-outs! A very different take of getting abs to the norm but very fun.
The last is a real tough cookie unless your use to ab work-outs. I suggest progressing to this one once your feel ready to step it up a level.
