Now if you want to get into shape it's a good idea to try lots of different work-outs. Firstly to work different muscles and secondly to prevent quitting through boredom. So that being said, I recently tried Belly dancing. I have to say I absolutely loved it! It's not a sweaty workout however it still works the muscles and teaches you to isolate certain areas of your body. It's great for using muscles that you possibly wouldn't normally. I also love the fact it's all about embracing womanhood! While I think it's so important to be in great shape, I also think it's important to appreciate your frame and all the natural curvy bits.
So it you want to celebrate being a women and stay in shape I'd definitely recommend it.
